Bradley J. Quinn, Principal
Bradley has been a key player in the medical reinsurance and life insurance industries throughout his career. Before founding Reinsurance Services Company (RSC) in 2001, he was Vice President of A&H Medical Production at Medical Reinsurance Company (MRC), originally a division of E.W. Blanch. He led his team to a tenfold increase in A&H brokerage revenue, pushing his division to new levels of profitability while also sharpening its focus on client service.

Before MRC, Bradley was a group underwriting and marketing representative for Safeco Life Insurance Company, earning honors for his ability to bring in business and praise for his emphasis on delivering increased customer value. Prior to Safeco, Bradley launched his career as a group representative with John Alden Life Insurance Company, where he quickly rose through the ranks and established himself as a top performer.

A graduate of Minnesota State University with co-majors in Insurance and Finance, Bradley is also a member of the Self-Insured Institute of America and has spoken at SIIA’s annual conference. He lives with his wife, Laura, and their four children in Minnetonka, MN.

Dean Minnie, Principal
Dean came to RSC after a successful seven-year stint as Senior Vice President of A&H at Guy Carpenter Company, the largest reinsurance intermediary firm in the world. In addition to developing new clients and negotiating reinsurance payments, he led a company-wide initiative to expand and strengthen reinsurer and carrier relationships. Prior to that, he held similar responsibilities as Vice President of A&H at E.W. Blanch, where he increased A&H brokerage revenue for the company every year while also introducing important client service enhancements.

Dean began his career as a Group A&H representative for Travelers Insurance Company, where he earned multiple performance awards and established his reputation as a “customer-first” sales professional dedicated to doing right by his clients. Holding a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois-Urbana, Dean is a member of the Self-Insured Institute of America (SIIA) and an active parishioner at St. Hubert’s Catholic Community in Chanhassen, Minnesota. He and his wife, Kathy, and their three children happily reside in Eden Prairie.
